Peacemaker Resources conducts trainings that support positive techniques and processes that help build effective, caring groups and communities.

Cooperative Life Skills
	• Skill-building classes and activities that promote self-awareness, empathy, self-management, cooperation, communication, conflict management and problem solving.

STAR Program
	• STAR (Students Teaching Attitudes of Respect) is a program of the Northwest Minnesota Foundation offered to schools and organizations within the foundation's 12-county region. This experiential retreat is at its best for 6th & 7th graders and gets good reviews from students, advisors and advocates alike.

Adult Programs
	• Customized training and consultation to help groups identify and practice tools of positive communication, problem-solving, diversity and team-building.
